Welcome to Dong Yang Precision Co., Ltd.
Since established in 1993, we at Dong Yang have been
specializing in manufacturing a surface active agent for
textile industry, and our total production capacity amounts
to 600 tons per month. All our members have advanced
practical technology and experience in the surface active
agent for such fabrics as synthetic fabric, cotton,
weaving, and dyeing, as well as for fabric raw materials,
sizing agent needed for finishing processes. As a result of
our continued technical research and development, we
succeeded in developing oil agents with our own technology,
and have exported them to many Asian countries. In
addition, our quality system was certified by the ISO9001
in November 1998, with respect to design, development,
production, and sales. Also, this company was appointed as
one of the best companies with competitive technology by
the Office of Small & Medium-Sized Businesses in January
1999. By establishing our own research center, we are
playing a leading part in domestic development of oil
agents for synthetic fabrics. The company will continue to
make more research and development on advanced technology
in the future, based on our successful development for UDY,
POY, HIGH-MULTY, TRICOT, SDY of 4,000-5,600m/min, as well
as for SDY SUPER BRIGHT in July 1998.
Feb. 1993: Established Songjong Industrial Co. after
undertaking the business of
Lucky Additives Co., Ltd.
Oct. 1993: Constructed a factory building and began to
manufacture products
(Production capacity: 155 tons per month).
Oct. 1994: Established a distribution company(Songha
Industrial Co.).
Apr. 1996: Merged Song Jong and Songha, two companies and
then changed the
company name to Dong Yang Precision Co., Ltd.
Jun. 1996: Moved to a new factory at Yangki-ri, Jinryang,
Taegu.
Oct. 1998: Moved to a new factory with Jinryang Industrial
Complex
(Production capacity: 600 tons per month).
